Hey my Fiercies! I created an 8 week digital gym based guide to help you lose weight and build curves.
Your results lie within you... seriously. If you’re like me, I am done with eating the same thing after the second day. What has helped me is having a few go to recipes that are quick to prepare in my arsenal. I share all of that with you, in my project.
Show up for yourself and others! Getting to the finish line shows alot of determination, but having a group of individuals who are just as serious as you are can motivate you even more.
You have to keep your body guessing. Doing the same thing over and over will keep you exactly where you are, lets change that.
